Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@aurevonnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
