60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying AUREVON. If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase made directly through getaurevon.com, contact us within 60 days of delivery.

First-purchase guarantee

On your first AUREVON order, one opened product per customer may qualify for a refund under this guarantee. If your first order includes more than one product, only one opened product is eligible. Additional products must remain unopened with the original safety seal intact.

How to request a return or refund

Email support@getaurevon.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number, the product, and a brief explanation of the issue. Please do not send opened consumable products back unless our support team asks you to do so.

Unopened products

Eligible unopened products purchased directly from getaurevon.com may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and have the original safety seal intact.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the eligible product purchase price and applicable sales tax. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and shipping protection are not refundable unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

After approval, banks and payment providers may require 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Not eligible

  • Requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
  • More than one opened product per customer
  • Products not purchased directly from getaurevon.com
  • Products showing misuse, intentional damage, or suspected policy abuse
  • Shipping protection and original shipping charges, except as stated above

AUREVON may request reasonable information to verify eligibility and may limit or decline claims involving suspected fraud or repeated abuse. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
